The cottage

The air-conditioned holiday home consists of 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and 1 bathroom with bidet. Towels and bed linen are available in the holiday home. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. Outdoor a private hydro massage mini pool is available (from April to September).

Villetta Scricciolo is nestled among the rolling olive groves of Calci, just 10 km from Pisa and close to other cities rich in history and art, such as Florence and Lucca. The villa has been renovated and furnished in a modern rustic style, featuring Wi-Fi internet connection and air conditioning in all rooms.
Scricciolo is part of a complex of farmhouses and villas within the Podere del Pari olive groves, where you can enjoy absolute tranquility, in close contact with nature, and with complete privacy.
In the outdoor spaces, which are illuminated with twilight lights, you will find: parking, a shaded porch, a garden, and an outdoor shower.
Living area
On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen and living areas. The kitchen, which features a fireplace, is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishware cabinets, a dining table, and chairs. From the kitchen, you can access the living room, which has a glass door leading to the garden, a large sofa, and a storage area. The bathroom, complete with an anteroom, shower, and bidet, is also located on the ground floor.
Sleeping area
On the first floor, you will find the sleeping area, which consists of two bedrooms: one with a double bed and an open-plan room with two single beds. The accommodation can host a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 guests.

For the entire duration of the stay, guests can use a FIAT Panda 4×4 on loan for free to travel throughout Tuscany, at no additional cost! We ask you to specify this service at the time of booking, for which a deposit is required that will be returned to you at the end of the stay (or pre-authorization on paper). The driver must have held a driving license for at least 2 years.

Podere del Pari offers some services dedicated to its guests to make their stay more pleasant and relaxing. FREE LOAN CAR SERVICE: Guests are provided with a Panda 4×4 on free loan for the entire duration of their stay, for travel within Tuscany. Deposit or pre-authorization on paper required.

TOWN – PODERE SHUTTLE SERVICE: The Podere can be reached on foot from the town of Calci (about 1.5 km). A shuttle service is available from Calci Paese – to Podere del Pari and vice versa.

SHOPPING COLLECTION SERVICE: the food shopping purchased by guests in the town of Calci at some affiliated stores is delivered directly to the farmhouse.

Rules
General
- Smoking is NOT allowed
- Parties or events are NOT allowed
- Minimum age to rent: 18 years
- Children allowed: 0-17 years
- During the winter months, it is possible to light the fireplace in the central room, by contacting the property.
PERIODS
- The entire property is rented for a MINIMUM period of 1 WEEK and multiples of a week.

CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT
- Check-in: 3:00PM – 6:00PM
- Check-out: till 10:00AM
- All guests, including minors, must be present at check-in and show their government-issued photo ID card or passport.
FREE CAR LOAN
To use the Panda 4×4 car, the driver must have held a driving license for at least 2 years. It is also mandatory to pay a deposit of EURO 600 in cash (or with pre-authorization on card).
DAMAGES AND ANCILLARY COSTS
In case of damage to the property during the stay, the guest will be held responsible for the damages.
