Casale Plumbago – 8 people

A traditional Tuscan farmhouse that can host up to 8 guests.
It has been renovated and furnished in a modern rustic style, featuring a private mini jacuzzi pool (available from April to September) and Wi-Fi internet connection. PLUMBAGO is part of a complex of farmhouses and villas nestled among the olive groves of Podere del Pari, where you can enjoy complete tranquility surrounded by nature, in total privacy.

Villetta Allocco – 3 people

Two floor villa, renovated and furnished in rustic Tuscan style, featuring Wi-Fi connection and a private mini jacuzzi pool (available from April to September). The natural stone walls have been preserved throughout every room. A gravel pathway lined with myrtle and rosemary plants, with a large almond tree and a stone fountain at its center, leads to the entrance of the villa.

Villetta Scricciolo – 4 people

The Scricciolo villa is nestled among the hillside olive groves of the town of Calci, just 10 km from Pisa and not far from other cities rich in history and art, such as Florence and Lucca. The villa has been renovated and furnished in a modern rustic style, featuring Wi-Fi internet connection, a private mini jacuzzi pool (available from April to September), and air conditioning throughout every room. Scricciolo is part of a complex of farmhouses and villas nestled among the olive groves of Podere del Pari, where you can enjoy complete tranquility surrounded by nature, in total privacy.

You can choose from multiple accommodation options able to host from 3 to 8 guests, each with exclusive use of the entire property, and each featuring, outdoors, a private mini jacuzzi pool (available from April to September), a living area, kitchen, one or more bedrooms, and one or more bathrooms.

All the properties are equipped with independent heating and Wi-Fi.

How to reach us

Once you arrive in Calci and park your car, a free shuttle service will take you to the Podere del Pari at the chosen property, with luggage transportation. Or you can come by yourself to the Podere with a medium/small sized car (in about 5 minutes from the town of Calci).

If you arrive by plane or train, a shuttle service is available upon reservation from Pisa Galilei Airport – Podere (or from Pisa Railway Station – Podere)

You can enjoy relaxing walks and excursions on foot or by bike. The network of paths of the Italian Alpine Club (CAI) is well marked along the paths of Monte Pisano and can be accessed directly from the Podere.

Reserved car for our guests!

For the entire duration of the stay, guests can use a FIAT Panda 4×4 on loan for free to travel throughout Tuscany, at no additional cost! We ask you to specify this service at the time of booking, for which a deposit is required that will be returned to you at the end of the stay (or pre-authorization on paper).

About the host

Our family – Leonardo, Loredana and Emanuele – is happy to welcome you to the accommodation facilities of Podere del Pari to offer you a holiday of complete relaxation and well-being, immersed in the nature of the Pisan hills. We live in this wonderful place and we lovingly produce extra virgin olive oil, thanks to the olive groves that surround the villas and farmhouses.

Podere del Pari offers some services dedicated to its guests to make their stay more pleasant and relaxing.

FREE LOAN CAR SERVICE: Guests are provided with a Panda 4×4 on free loan for the entire duration of their stay, for travel within Tuscany. Deposit or pre-authorization on paper required.
The service is free. EURO 600.00 deposit (or pre-authorization on paper)
AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICE – GALILEI PISA AIRPORT: when booking, specify if you want to use the service: from the Airport to the Podere, one way.
The service must be agreed with the property.
TRAIN SHUTTLE SERVICE – PISA RAILWAY STATION: when booking, specify if you want to use the service: from Pisa Station to the Podere, one way.
The service must be agreed with the property.
SHOPPING COLLECTION SERVICE: the food shopping purchased by guests in the town of Calci at some affiliated stores is delivered directly to the farmhouse.

PET SERVICE: pets are welcomed
The service must be agreed with the property.
CLEANING AND LINEN SERVICE: The property is equipped with towels and linens.
For stays longer than 7 days, the property will be cleaned weekly, and bed and bath linens changed weekly, at an extra cost. This service must be arranged with the host.
BED SETTING SERVICE
The setting of the beds is agreed after making the reservation, by contacting the property.

Rules

General

Smoking is NOT allowed
Parties or events are NOT allowed
Minimum age to rent: 18 years
Children allowed: 0-17 years
During the winter months, it is possible to light the fireplace in the central room, by contacting the property.

PERIODS

The entire property is rented for a MINIMUM period of 1 WEEK and multiples of a week.
For any specific requests, contact the property.

CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT

Check-in is allowed between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
All guests, including minors, must be present at check-in and show their government-issued photo ID card or passport.

Please make sure to respect these times, as outside of these hours it will not be possible to welcome you at the property.

FREE CAR LOAN
To use the Panda 4×4 car, the driver must have held a driving license for at least 2 years. It is also mandatory to pay a deposit of EURO 600 in cash (or with pre-authorization on card).

DAMAGES AND ANCILLARY COSTS
In case of damage to the property during the stay, the guest will be held responsible for the damages.
