Each tasting begins with a walk among the olive trees, where we will share insights about the care and dedication we put into our groves, followed by a visit to the mill, where you\u2019ll uncover the secrets of the production process. The heart of the experience is a guided tasting of three different oils, explained by an expert\u2014an opportunity to refine your palate and learn to recognize the qualities of true extra virgin olive oil.
