\nFinally, starting this year, the answer is “Yes<\/em>!”<\/p>\n

For the first time, Podere del Pari<\/strong> is offering two days dedicated to nature, and authentic experiences.<\/p>\n

A step forward for oil tourism in Italy<\/h3>\n

The opportunity to experience olive harvesting as a tourist has become a reality thanks to an important Memorandum of Understanding<\/strong> signed last July between the National Labor Inspectorate<\/strong> and the Citt\u00e0 dell’Olio<\/strong>.
\nThe agreement regulates this activity throughout Italy, ensuring that it is carried out safely, without any production purposes, but with strong educational, cultural, and recreational value.<\/p>\n

Essentially, the tourist harvest is a voluntary, unpaid experience lasting a maximum of two hours, designed to provide a firsthand look at olive grove work, traditional techniques, and the process that transforms olives into oil.<\/p>\n

Why participate?<\/h3>\n

This initiative was created primarily to satisfy our visitors’ curiosity, but also to offer an authentic experience<\/strong> that allows them to experience every stage firsthand: from olive picking to pressing.
\nIt’s a way to truly understand the dedication, technique, and passion behind every drop of extra virgin olive oil.<\/p>\n

Monte Pisano<\/strong>, with its olive groves and dry-stone walls that define the landscape, is the ideal place to do so: a territory that speaks of tradition, balance, and natural beauty.<\/p>\n

Taking part in the olive picking means experiencing an outdoor activity, breathing nature, and witnessing the most exciting moment in the mill: the birth of the new oil<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Tourist olive picking is enriching not only for those who experience it, but also for the farms that offer it.
\nIt allows us to share our daily work, build a direct connection with visitors, and differentiate our olive oil tourism offerings with an authentic and sustainable activity.<\/p>\n

At Podere del Pari<\/strong>, this experience complements our walks through the terraced olive groves, guided tastings, and discovery tours of the Monte Pisano area.<\/p>\n

How we organized<\/h3>\n

To ensure full compliance with regulations, participants will carry out this activity in suitable, flat olive grove areas<\/strong>, under the supervision of a qualified company representative<\/strong> (also English-speaking), and the activities will be conducted safely<\/strong>.
\nWhen the picking session is scheduled, participant information is communicated to the municipality as per procedure.<\/p>\n
