The farmhouse
Ancient Tuscan farmhouse that can accommodate up to 8 people.
It has been renovated and furnished in a modern rustic style, equipped with a private mini hydromassage pool and wi-fi internet connection. PLUMBAGO is part of a complex of farmhouses and villas in the olive groves of Podere del Pari, where you can enjoy absolute tranquility in contact with nature and in complete privacy.
Casale PLUMBAGO is divided into two floors connected internally by a stone staircase.
Living area
The main entrance, located under a wooden porch, which extends along the front facade of the farmhouse, leads into the living area – with a sofa, table and fireplace available for your relaxation – connected on the left to a large dining area with kitchen and on the right to a second living area equipped with a sofa. From the kitchen, through a French window, you can directly access the garden, equipped with a shaded area where you will find a table with chairs for outdoor dining and relaxation.
In the living area there is a standard-sized billiard table and a piano that can be used by our guests.
On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with toilet and sink, accessible from the central living area.
In the winter months it is possible to light the fireplace in the central room, by contacting the property.
Sleeping area
The internal staircase provides access to the sleeping area, consisting of: a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with shower) and two windows overlooking the valley and the village of Calci; a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with shower and bidet) and two windows with a similar view; a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, each with a window overlooking the valley, which share the bathroom (with shower and bidet) located at the end of the corridor.
Parking is close to the farmhouse.

Car in exclusive use of our guests!
For the entire duration of the stay, guests can use a FIAT Panda 4×4 on loan for free to travel throughout Tuscany, at no additional cost! We ask you to specify this service at the time of booking, for which a deposit is required that will be returned to you at the end of the stay (or pre-authorization on paper).

Podere del Pari offers some services dedicated to its guests to make their stay more pleasant and relaxing.
- FREE LOAN CAR SERVICE: Guests are provided with a Panda 4×4 on free loan for the entire duration of their stay, for travel within Tuscany. Deposit or pre-authorization on paper required.
The service is free. EURO 600.00 deposit (or pre-authorization on paper) - AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICE – GALILEI PISA AIRPORT: when booking, specify if you want to use the service: from the Airport to the Podere, one way.
The service must be agreed with the property. - TRAIN SHUTTLE SERVICE – PISA RAILWAY STATION: when booking, specify if you want to use the service: from Pisa Station to the Podere, one way.
The service must be agreed with the property. - TOWN – PODERE SHUTTLE SERVICE: The Podere can be reached on foot from the town of Calci (about 1.5 km). A shuttle service is available from Calci Paese – to Podere del Pari and vice versa.
The service must be agreed with the property. - SHOPPING COLLECTION SERVICE: the food shopping purchased by guests in the town of Calci at some affiliated stores is delivered directly to the farmhouse.

The service has an additional cost of EURO 10 per single animal, per night. - CLEANING AND LINEN SERVICE: the property is equipped with towels and linen.
In case of a stay longer than 1 week the linen will be changed weekly; the property will be cleaned weekly.
If requested within 6 days:- for each additional cleaning service of the property, there is a cost of EURO 50.
- for each change of towels and linen, there is a cost of EURO 40.
- BED SETTING SERVICE
The setting of the beds is agreed after making the reservation, by contacting the property.

General rules
- Smoking is NOT allowed
- Parties or events are NOT allowed
- Minimum age to rent: 18 years
- Children allowed: 0-17 years
- During the winter months, it is possible to light the fireplace in the central room, by contacting the property.
MINIMUM STAYING
- The entire property is rented for a MINIMUM period of 1 WEEK and multiples of a week.

CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT
- Check-in: 3:00PM – 7:00PM
- Check-out: till 10:00AM
- All guests, including minors, must be present at check-in and show their government-issued photo ID card or passport.
FREE CAR LOAN
To use the Panda 4×4 car, the driver must have held a driving license for at least 2 years. It is also mandatory to pay a deposit of EURO 600 in cash (or with pre-authorization on card).
DAMAGES AND ANCILLARY COSTS
In case of damage to the property during the stay, the guest will be held responsible for the damages.
